While they may be new to the restaurant scene, Birdies started with long-time best friends in a two stall garage, using a single wood fired pizza oven. Perfecting their craft over the years by feeding many neighbors, family, and friends, they are very excited to now share their pies with the community. Birdies Pizza and Garden Bar will offer artisan brick-oven pizzas, gourmet salads and hand-crafted lemonades.
